Normalerweise sind wir in Deutschland unschlagbar, was Befehle angeht. Schießbefehle, zum Beispiel. Die Engländer sind uns jetzt um Lichtjahre voraus geeilt: sie erteilen Ärzten und Krankenschwestern den Lachbefehl. Dann fühlen sich die Patienten gleich viel wohler.
Der NHS ist ein Thema für sich. Staatsmedizin par excellence. Wartezeiten inklusive. Die einzigen, die da noch lachen, sind deutsche Ärzte. Weil die hier nichts mehr zu lachen haben, gehen die am Wochenende zum Lachen nach England.
Dauert nicht mehr lange, dann fliegen wir hier auch lachende Ärzte aus dem Ausland ein. Der NHS und die DDR sind schließlich Vorbilder für unsere Ministerin. Wir lachen dann aber woanders.
Wer rastet, der rostet.
