Deutschlands Arbeitnehmer fehlen immer häufiger wegen psychischer Erkrankungen am Arbeitsplatz. Psychisch bedingte Erkrankungen sind dann auch noch für die längsten Fehlzeiten verantwortlich, und die häufigste Ursache für Frühverrentungen.
Hintergrund soll der "steigende Stress einer stark veränderten und beschleunigten Arbeitswelt" sein. Außerdem sollen Arbeitnehmer heute eher in der Lage sein, mit Ärzten über seelische Probleme zu sprechen.
Das ist ja im Grunde nichts neues, und dennoch jedes Jahr eine Meldung wert.
Wenn die verfügbare Gesprächszeit für psychisch Kranke immer weiter verkürzt wird, wird das richtig teuer.
