Mittwoch um 19 Uhr habe ich mich mit dem Impfstoff von Astra Zeneca impfen lassen. Donnerstag entwickelte ich im Tagesverlauf eine deutliche Impfreaktion mit etwas Fieber, Unwohlsein, Muskelschmerzen und Müdigkeit. Die Sprechstunde habe ich aber noch geschafft... Bin dann früh ins Bett und hab den Rest verschlafen. Freitag ging es schon wieder.

Unser Verein bietet zum einen zwanglose Treffen für ein gemeinsames Beisammensein an. Zum anderen leisten wir in unseren Selbsthilfegruppen umfassende Hilfestellung. Wichtig ist uns eines: Wir reden mit Autisten, nicht über sie.

Lungenembolie durch COVID-Impfung? Sehen Sie es mal so: die jährliche Inzidenz einer venösen Thromboembolie (VTE) beträgt etwa 60–200 pro 100 000 Einwohner und steigt mit steigendem Alter deutlich an (bei über 70-Jährigen auf über 500 pro 100 000 Einwohner). Bei einer Umfrage in den USA kam heraus, dass dort während der COVID-19-Pandemie Angstsymptome ungefähr dreimal so häufig auftreten wie 2019. Jüngere Menschen haben mehr Angst als ältere, was unter anderem daran liegen kann, dass Ältere mehr Erfahrung mit Krisensituationen haben aber auch daran, dass jüngere Menschen mehr in sozialen Medien unterwegs sind.

Die Ängstlichkeit wird nämlich um so größer, je mehr (Massen)Medien Sie konsumieren und je mehr Sie sich mit der Pandemie beschäftigen. Mehr als eine halbe Stunde am Tag dürfte schon zu viel sein.

Bei der medikamentösen Behandlung von ADHS zeigen Amphetamine, Atomoxetin und Methylphenidat die besten Effekte; Bupropion hat eine tendenzielle Wirksamkeit. Verhaltenstherapie hat einen günstigen Einfluss auf soziale Kompetenz und (schulische) Leistungen, aber keinen Einfluss auf die Kernsymptomatik. Neurofeedback ist kaum wirksam.

Wahn beruht auf einer radikalen Subjektivierung der Wahrnehmung und der erlebten Welt. Wahnkranke Menschen bringen oft nur vage Begründungen für ihre Überzeugungen vor und merken die mangelnde Überzeugungskraft nicht.

Die Verknüpfung von Merkmalen wie der Hautfarbe mit Eigenschaften oder gar angeblich genetisch fixierten Persönlichkeitsmerkmalen und Verhaltensweisen, wie sie in der Blütezeit des anthropologischen Rassismus verwendet wurden, ist inzwischen eindeutig widerlegt. Diese Argumentation heute noch als angeblich wissenschaftlich zu verwenden, ist falsch und niederträchtig.

Jenaer Erklärung: Das Konzept der Rasse ist das Ergebnis von Rassismus und nicht dessen Voraussetzung.

In dieser Woche 153 Patientenkontakte und 18 Terminausfälle. Ich habe erst in 12-16 Wochen wieder freie Termine.

Montag bis Mittwoch sah die grafische Übersicht meines Terminkalenders aus wie ein äußerst lückenhaftes Gebiss. Es hatten überdurchschnittlich viele Leute ihre Termine entweder kurzfristig abgesagt oder (die Mehrheit) ist einfach nicht erschienen.

Für mich ist das insofern kein großes Problem, weil ich immer was zu tun habe: Berichte an oder für diverse Behörden, Dokumentationen, Ablage, Telefon-, Mail-, Fax- und SMS-Kommunikation und so weiter.

Für die Leute, die zurzeit drei Monate auf freie Termine warten müssen, ist das allerdings blöd.

Die saisonale Influenza-Letalität (IFR) liegt laut Studienlage wahrscheinlich im Bereich 0,02-0,05% und damit, Stand 12.8.2020, im Mittel ca. 20-mal niedriger als für COVID-19 (0,53-0,82%). via twitter
